These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and jiya77 ("jiya77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the jiya77 website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sports betting markets, promotional programmes, and all related services made available through jiya77.net and any associated subdomains.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jiya77 and close your account.

jiya77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Continued use of jiya77 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or localised rendering of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Any failure by jiya77 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jiya77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum age requirement with no exceptions.
• You are registering and using jiya77 on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

jiya77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identification card, passport, or driving licence issued by a competent government authority. If satisfactory age verification cannot be completed, jiya77 will suspend the account and withhold all pending withdrawals pending resolution.

jiya77 uses automated and manual age verification systems. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all associated funds will be returned to the payment source, and the matter may be escalated to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on jiya77. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. jiya77 operates de-duplication systems to detect multi-accounting and will close all associated accounts upon discovery, forfeiting any accumulated balances attributable to rule violations.

When completing the jiya77 registration form, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of jiya77's commitment to security and responsible gaming, all accounts are subject to Know Your Customer identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. The KYC process requires submission of:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID such as a National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

jiya77 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account may be suspended and withdrawals withheld. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, jiya77 may close the account, forfeit the balance, and report the matter to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities.

All content made available through jiya77 — including but not limited to the jiya77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software interfaces, game graphics, video streams, written content, promotional materials, and the structural organisation of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiya77 or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, as applicable.

jiya77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, redistribution, reproduction, modification, public display, transmission, or creation of derivative works from any jiya77 content without the express prior written consent of jiya77.

You may request the closure of your jiya77 account at any time by contacting the jiya77 support team. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds will be assessed and, where applicable, unmet bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC confirmation.

jiya77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through jiya77's responsible gaming tools.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, following a notification period of not less than 30 days.

Where jiya77 closes an account for reasons other than a Terms breach, any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method within 10 business days. Where closure is due to a confirmed Terms breach, jiya77 may withhold part or all of the balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.
